Mykhaylo Blyaher was an infamous thug in Dnipro city after the WW2 times. Despite his criminal life he was also known as a very good cook and a fan of gourmet dishes. This is a cozy cafe with a retro chic in its interior design. Many locals like this place as it serves all their favorite dishes from the Soviet era such as traditional cutlets, Olivier salad, compote and potato pancakes called «deroony».
