The shrine of the restaurant is its creamery where nine kinds of home-made young cheese are made out of farm milk in full accordance with Italian technologies.
Eleven types of pizzas, including the signature one by chef Gianni Tota, are made using the Italian flour Sole di Napoli with a selection of toppings including home-made cheese, vegetables and greens from eco-greenhouses. Pizzas are baked in a special Stefano Ferrara oven.
