The Ukrainian rating agency has analyzed 56 housing complexes of the capital, comparing the actual features of the complexes with the existing requirements. As for the end of the 1st quarter of 2016, the first position of comfort rating of housing complexes in Kiev took KAN Development (as the best company) and the ‘Boulevard of Fountains’ residential complex.
The housing complexes’ comfort rating was formed on the basis of the results of the comparative analysis of the actual features of a housing complex in a certain class category with typical requirements for this class. Rating evaluation reveals the quality of the leading real estate developers and residential complexes that are the most comfortable for living, comparing them with each other. Calculation of comfort rating of housing complexes is carried out by the rating agency ‘Euro Rating’ quarterly based on its own methodology.

The result of this study is the rating of luxury housing complexes in Kiev, which determines the quality of the developer company and the most comfortable residential complex. As it turned out, the leaders of the rating are KAN Development (as the best company) and the ‘Boulevard of Fountains’ residential complex.
In other categories the leaders are the following companies: UKRBUD and ‘Academic Park’ complex (economy class); KAN Development and ‘Comfort Town’ complex (comfort class); KAN Development and ‘Central Park’ residential complex (business class); UDP and ‘Boulevard of Fountains’ residential complex (elite class).
