Dima Borisov’s love for gourmet food inspired him to create the Gastrofamily network of restaurants located in Kiev, Lviv and Odessa. Each of them has an original concept and specialized cuisine. The big opening of Bar Mushlya restaurant in Odessa is taking place on April 8, 2016.

Beginning from 5pm Odessa residents and guests are invited to visit the opening party at newly opened Bar Mushlya (Seashell) in Odessa. It is a unique place for the fans of oysters and sparkling wine! Being firstly opened in gastronomic Lviv that adores original concepts of places and tasty food, Bar Mushlya opens the new spring/summer season of delicious seafood in Odessa.

Bar Mushlya is a democratic fish and seafood restaurant with an emphasis on shellfish: oysters, vongole, bulotts, scallops and mussels. Fish, prawns, lobsters and crabs in the menu can be tasted as appetizers, main dishes or soups. The food is combined with appropriate drinks such as wine, champagne and prosecco. With a special menu for oyster and champagne bar you can try different sorts of these sea delicacies accompanied with a glass of fine drink. You can even check out the Bar Mushlya’s own democratic wine and champagne label.
