Brothers Grill Restaurant in Odesa is also the first and only tour-restaurant in Ukraine. Once a quarter, Brothers Grill invites the best chef in Ukraine or from abroad to develop a new author's menu. Together with a team of restaurant chefs they work from 4 days to a week to present 5 to 7 new dishes at the end of their stay. Such a menu is additional to the main one and is valid for 3 months prior to the arrival of the next touring chef.
The interior of the Brothers Grill restaurant is a unique combination of Odesa architectural traditions and world design trends under one roof. It was created by famous Ukrainian architect and interior designer - Denis Belenko, who is also a business partner of the owners.
