"Synthesis of Sensations" Exhibition in Kiev

Photo: KZ Art Room Facebook Page On September the 1st «KZ ART ROOM» gallery invites everyone to the opening of "Synthesis of sensations” solo exhibition of paintings by Vladimir Podlevskikh. It will showcase paintings, written in the last six months.

Bright images of natural philosophy appear in the works of Vladimir Podlevskikh, inspired by his experiences of traveling in the Carpathians. In his paintings water plays major role. Examining the myths and beliefs of ancient peoples, one can understand this accent and its real importance in the modern world. Water has always been associated with life itself.
Vladimir Podlevskikh was born on October 11, 1960 in the city of Zhitomir. In 1985 he graduated from Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts. He is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. The artist works in easel painting and gesso style. V. Podlevskikh is a member of Ukrainian, foreign and international exhibitions and festivals. During 1990-2015 years he held more than 35 solo exhibitions in Ukraine and the USA. His works are in art museums of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Zhitomir and Poltava, also as in the collection of the Ukrainian Institute of Modern Art and the Ukrainian National Museum of Chicago, in Chickasha University of Arts and Sciences (Oklahoma, USA), in private collections in Ukraine and abroad. The artist lives and works in Kiev.
