Chicken Kyiv classic
You will need only few simple ingredients and a little time to cook classic Chicken Kyiv.
Products (for 1 portion):
Chicken fillet – 1 piece
Butter – 25-30 g
Garlic – 1 clove
Parsley – according to your taste
Milk – 20 g
First, divide fillet into a small and a big part. Then cover fillet with food wrap and pound fillet accurately. Chop parsley into small pieces. Put parsley into a bowl, add butter with room temperature, squeeze garlic clove. Add salt or salty herbs. Mix well. Put ready filling into the fridge for 20 minutes. Take the filling out of the fridge, put it on large fillet and cover with small one. Add salt and pepper, then envelop the cutlet. Put it into the fridge for 10 minutes. Mix egg with milk. Roll cutlets in flour, dip into egg and milk, and then roll in bread crumbs. Then roll in eggs and in bread crumbs again. Heat oven up to 200Co. Warm up butter in a small pot and roast cutlets until they are golden brown (5 minutes). Then keep cutlets in the oven until they are ready (10-15 minutes). It is recommended to serve potatoes and herbs as a side dish to classic Chicken Kyiv.

Chicken Kyiv Mexican style
This recipe significantly differs from classic one by its spicy Mexican flavor.
Products (for six portions):
Crumpled cheese crackers – 1 glass
Taco spice – 0,5 teaspoons
Butter – 5 tablespoons
Pieces of Cheddar cheese – 3 tablespoons
Sliced canned chili pepper – 2 tablespoons
Dried onions – 2 teaspoons
Salt – 0,5 teaspoons
Chicken fillet – 6 pieces
Mix crackers with Taco spice (if you don`t have Taco spice, here is its composition: chili pepper, paprika, caraway, garlic, oregano, dried onions, Cayenne pepper, salt). Roll this mix into 6 pellets. Then pound chicken fillet until it`s 0,6-0,7 cm thick. Put a piece of butter inside each pellet. Envelop them and fix with toothpicks. Melt the remaining butter in a microwave oven. After that, dip rolls into butter and roll them in bread crumbs properly. Put chicken rolls in a special utensil for microwave oven, don`t cover them with anything. Cook dish in the oven for 13-15 minutes at high temperature. Then take toothpicks out.

Chicken Kyiv with cheese
This is one more tasty variation of Chicken Kyiv, this time with delicious cheese additive.
Products (for four portions):
Chicken fillet – 700 g
Salt and pepper – according to your taste
Butter – 45 g
Semi-hard cheese – 100 g
Parsley – 15 g
Wheat flour – 1 glass
Milk – 1 glass
Salad oil – 800 ml
Cut cheese and butter into cubes. Wash parsley. Put all in blender and mix well. Then put the mixture on a plate and put into a fridge for 20 minutes. Beat up eggs with milk, add salt. After that, put flour in one plate and bread crumbs in other plate. Pound chicken fillet, add salt and pepper. Divide butter and cheese mixture into the quantity of pieces according to quantity of fillets. Put butter and cheese mixture pieces on fillet pieces. Envelop and put into cutlet shape. After that, roll cutlets in flour and then in liaison and bread crumbs. Then put cutlets again into liaison and bread crumbs, pressing them by hands. Put cutlets into the fridge for 20 minutes. Warm up butter in a small deep roasting pan. Put cutlets into butter, then fry them at medium heat for 10-15 minutes – depending on cutlet size and coating thickness. The ready dish should be served with fresh vegetables.
