This restaurant is part of the Fest! corporation, which is know for its themed dining spots all over Lviv, such as Kryivka Restaurant-Kneipp and Lviv Chocolate Workshop. The restaurant has an interesting concept and legend, which is described as following: an executioner was, in fact, the first municipal employee in Lviv. He was a public and peculiar personality.
