Hotels Barter Week in Ukraine
The Barter Week initiative was launched by the Italian Bed and Breakfast group way back in 2009. The idea is quite simple - clients can barter goods and services for a stay at hotels and B&Bs. While ten years ago the initiative was Italian-only, nowadays Barter Week is supported around the globe.
From November 19 to 25, guests of Dream Hostel in Lviv and Hostel Friday in Odesa have a chance to stay for free providing they offer a respectful barter. As a rule, helping with cleaning or mending is the most popular option but guests also assist with the decor, interior styling or creating photos and videos for the venue. All details about the initiative can be found at barterweek.com.
