Not Only Fish Pan-Asian restaurant recently was opened in Kyiv. This is the place where you can eat good meal as well as to dance. The restaurant’s guests are offered a menu of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian accents presented by the chef Alexander Alfimov.

Not Only Fish restaurant is a new project presented by Bulldozer Group international holding, which has gained world fame among connoisseurs of restaurant art thanks to such successful projects CIPRIANI, Crab Market, ICHU, Gaia and others in Hong Kong, Dubai, Miami and many other cities and countries.

The restaurant’s guests are offered a menu of Japanese cuisine with Peruvian accents presented by the chef Alexander Alfimov, who recently returned from Hong Kong where he studied gastronomy of Virgillio Martinez Veliz, the one of the most famous chefs with impeccable culinary style.

The Cocktail Card in the bar of the restaurant is presented by special mixes and unusual ingredients inspired by the bar menu of ICHU restaurant in Hong Kong. Ukrainian chef-bartender Oleg Yakobenko presents his own vision of drinks with the use of special secret ingredients and the preservation of the natural taste.
